Our camp week horse activities include learning horse care, handling, and safety basics, farrier demonstration, twice daily riding instruction in personalized small groups, a fun bareback session, mounted games, carriage ride/driving session, a scenic trail ride including riding through our private river for those ready for a challenge, and culminating in a Friday afternoon horse show with parents in attendance so students can show off their amazing new skills on their fully decorated mounts! Outside of riding time we also have some fun horsey arts and crafts and a treasure hunt in our forest alongside the river. Our qualified instructors and counsellors will help your child have a week they will always remember! Many of our campers attend for multiple weeks or continue on with a regular lesson program to develop their newfound horsemanship skills.
