Book a Two-Bedroom Vacation Rental at Fairbanks Equestrian Estate!

We offer 2 vacation rental units comprising the lower 2 floors of the 7000 square foot main residence. Both have separate entrances but through an adjoining foyer can also be opened up into one unit for larger families. Both units feature air conditioning, in-floor geothermal heating, WiFi and satellite TV, as well as full access to the river, bridge, several acres of private forest and clearings, as well as 2 fire pits at separate locations along the river. As we are a corner property the parking area is on a separate small country road from the main residence entrance and the equestrian facility, for a private feel to your stay. During your stay you and your guests can also enjoy the equine related activities we have to offer on site – scenic trail rides, sightseeing horse-drawn carriage and wagon rides, riding day camps, and pony rides for the younger kids!

You are booking our TWO-BEDROOM UNIT. Check in is 4 p.m. and check out is 11 a.m. Early check in and late check out may be available, please inquire. Self check in is available, door lock codes will be provided 48 hours before your reservation. Our 2 bedroom unit has 2 large bedrooms with 1 queen bed in the master, large walk-in closet, and ensuite access to the bathroom. The other bedroom has 2 queen beds. There is also a double pullout sofabed in the living room, and a rollaway bed that can be added to either bedroom. Sleeps up to 8-9 people on two levels. The two bedroom unit has an open plan galley kitchen/living room on the lower level. The fully equipped galley kitchenette features a full sized fridge, induction cooktop. countertop convection oven, microwave, sink, coffee maker, toaster and all dishes and utensils. There is also dining area that seats up to 8, 55″ TV, lazy boy sofa, pullout sofa bed, and direct walkout to the patio area with dinette set and family sized 5 burner BBQ with side element. The patio area is just steps to our private river and bridge to several acres of our forest. Bedrooms and living room have gorgeous views! Our one bedroom unit (please see our other listing) sleeps up to 4-5, has 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed, a queen pullout sofabed in the living room, and a rollaway single bed. The one bedroom unit also features a large fully equipped kitchen and dining area as well as separate outdoor patio set and BBQ. Both units have separate entrances but can also be opened to rent as one large family or group unit via a door in the foyer. Both units have WiFi and satellite TV, geothermal in floor heating and air conditioning. The two units can be combined to sleep a total of up to 12-13 people. *MAX 9 GUESTS INCLUDING CHILDREN FOR THIS UNIT* Please select number of nights you wish to reserve and please indicate number of adults and children for the reservation. A ONE-TIME cleaning fee per stay of $95.00 is applicable to all reservations. We also require a damage deposit of $500.00 per stay, which is refunded in full within 48 hours of checking out, provided there is no damage, theft, interior smoking, or excessive/unusual cleaning required.

Please note –  we do not allow smoking inside the units, and pets are only accepted with PRE-approval. For vacation rentals no parties or extra guests are allowed beyond the capacity of the units, and no loud music past midnight out of respect for our residents and our Mennonite neighbours. We do host weddings and other special events for larger groups, please inquire for further details.
