Whether you’re looking for a fun family outing, a ladies day out with friends, a child’s first horse camp, a magical mini pony experience, or a full week immersed in horse farm life, Fairbanks Equestrian offers unique horseback adventures designed to create lasting memories. From trail rides and riding lessons to camps, pony programs, and special horse experiences, there’s something for every horse lover to enjoy. We offer multiple camp and horse retreat options for kids AND adults! For kids we offer parent & tots mini-ponies camps, kid’s day camps by the single day or by the week, to full week overnight camps. We also offer family single day horse experiences for parents and kids to enjoy together! And on select Sundays we offer our adults only full day horse retreats to unplug, have time out with friends, and enjoy the horses, riding, and country experience. All of our kids camps feature a wide range of fun horse activities tailored to the age and experience of the riders – including learning horse care, handling, and safety basics, riding instruction in personalized small groups, bareback sessions, mounted games, horse/pony painting, carriage ride/driving sessions, scenic trail rides including riding through our private river, and for our weekly camps culminating in a Friday afternoon horse show with parents in attendance so students can show off their amazing new skills on their fully decorated mounts! Outside of riding time we also have some fun horsey arts and crafts and a treasure hunt in our forest alongside the river. Our qualified instructors and counsellors will help you have an experience our campers will always remember! Many of our campers attend for multiple days or weeks or continue on with a regular lesson program to develop their newfound horsemanship skills.
