CARRIAGE SERVICE:
Horse-Drawn Vis-A-Vis white carriage service for bride and attendants before the ceremony and bride and groom before the reception. Horse-drawn tram transport of your guests from parking area to ceremony.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
A 3 day/2 night stay in our two beautiful vacation rental units before and after the ceremony. Includes Honeymoon suite & up to 12 extra guests. Enjoy a peaceful serene settling overlooking the river and forest.
ACTIVITIES:
Access to all of the Fairbanks Equestrian amenities and activities for you and your guests, including trail rides, sunset carriage tours, family wagon rides, fire pits, river activies & more!
RECEPTION:
Outdoor wedding reception in a serene landscaped clearing in our riverside forest. Tent, harvest tables and chairs available on site. Optional full service wedding planning and catering.
Guests will be transported from our parking area to the wedding venue via our horse-drawn tram, sure to delight young and old alike! Then our luxurious white horse-drawn Vis-A-Vis wedding carriage transports the bride and her attendants for a grand entrance to our gorgeous riverside wedding venue. Exit the carriage and cross our decorated private bridge across the gentle flowing Fairbanks River where your guests will be seated in our forested landscaped grounds for a ceremony to remember.
Take your vows under one of our elegant wedding arches situated right on the river. Then cross the river back to where your carriage awaits to whisk you away for a romantic champagne ride before returning for your reception. Take advantage of one of a kind photo opportunities throughout the property, for memories you will cherish forever…with horses mounted or unmounted with a wide variety of colours to choose from, as well as forest, river, bridges, farm and barn settings. Longer stays are available, please inquire. We host only one wedding per weekend so your party will be the ONLY guests on the estate for your romantic getaway. Our two private units with separate entrances can sleep up to a total of 14 people and offer privacy for bride and groom as well as adjoining space for extra guests before and/or after your big day!
Our grounds also feature a rustic cedar cabin and a unique yurt right on the river, perfect man caves to relax and prep before the ceremony! Host your reception on our landscaped grounds with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy a magical evening under the stars. We offer tent and chair rentals as well as other amenities. Our bridge is lit year round for a gorgeous nighttime setting, and hydro outlets are easily accessed in the forest clearings for your power needs.
Our venue is located in beautiful Mount Forest, Ontario in the heart of Mennonite country, only 1.5 hours from the Toronto airport yet is the perfect serene private getaway.

Water enthusiasts will love all the opportunities on the mighty Saugeen River such as swimming, kayaking, river tubing, canoeing, fishing, and the lovely McGowan Falls.
